Anybody could draw something but only few people can put the likeness of the subject into the canvass. It is a good thing that photography is invented. If a person wants to have a portrait of himself, he does not need to hire a painter and smile all day just to have a painting of himself. All he needs is a camera, and he could have a portrait of himself in just a few seconds.

Since photography is now an art, people have used it for businesses. A lot of good photographers sell their pictures for a very high price. These pictures are used as cover for books and magazines. They are also used as decorations in the house. The subject of photography could be anything that is under the sun. With the help of modern telescopes, a lot of photographs of the outer galaxies have been available. The most common subject of a photograph would be a person or a group of persons. Humans love to admire themselves. That is why there are a lot of photographs that have human subjects in it. If one piles up all the photographs that were taken, he would probably find out that the majority of the photos have humans in it.
