So the harder you work the more powerful your brain becomes. Medical tests have shown that people who are constantly exposed to brain activity shows better scores than the others. People who want to enhance their memory and learning skills should try to follow these exercises as this way they will have active brains and will not fall prey to different mental problems.

You can start by walking around and looking at specific scenes around you and then after carefully studying it for 10 to 15 minutes, jot down all you have seen. Then you would return and compare the things you remembered. This will be a self appraisal test that will help you determine your state of mind. This type of activity helps your brain to find things that you have missed writing down.

Always involve yourself in different activities as the brain never sleeps and the best way you can make it healthy is by constantly involving yourself in activities that use your thinking skills. This way you will surely end up with a photographic memory.
