The other day I was at the beach and I happened to see two dolphins swimming in the water. My heart immediately jumped because I happened to have a camera on me at the time. Most of my friends are professional photographers and we all seem to share the same thing in common. We all want to take good pictures that people will enjoy seeing and I am always amazed at people that take such good pictures. I find my life to be an equal balance of so many things. I can honestly say that photography has changed my life in many ways and it will continue to do so into the very near future.

I think that a photographic memory involves a lot of different sources of information. In my opinion, people that get a photographic image in their mind are actually doing so because it reminds them of something unique. I think that photography has always helped me to see the true blessings in life. I think that when people take a vote on what they want out of life, they truly get to see the inner beauty of themselves and other people. It is no wonder why people have started to tell me their ideas.

I think that everyone shares a secret in the photography world. We all love our passion so much that we would rather be doing it than anything else. I think that a picture really captures a unique opportunity for all people. This is because so many people do not fully understand what photography really is.

When you take a picture of something, you should always go home and work on it. This helps you to better the photograph in the long run. It helps you to fully absorb and learn about the industry as a whole. I have learned to always take pictures of people and events that you find to be most appealing. In this way, you get excited about something.

I once had a friend that loved to take pictures of surfers on their surfboards. This was a wonderful thing for him to capture the waves and the surfers having fun. He would then take these photos and really do something with them that would be exciting for everyone to see. No matter what, he always seemed to be open to whatever the world had to offer. I guess that is because most people find it easy to share their experiences with other people. It makes you feel more of a happiness inside of your inner being. I think that photography tells us that we need to be more on our toes because it will help us to walk into a higher light at a later point in our lives.

I think that photography is a love in a person’s heart when they are young. I first began to love photography when I was only twelve years old. It made me happy to see that others had this same love as well. I always get happy when I see others happy.

Minerals and Vitamins – What You Should Know… : Vitamins

Article by Pete Verbas

What are minerals and vitamins? Vitamins and minerals make people’s bodies work properly. Although you get vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat every day, some foods have more vitamins and minerals than others.

Vitamins fall into two categories, Fat soluble and Water soluble.

The fat-soluble vitamins; (A, D, E, and K) – dissolve in fat and can be stored in your body for use later.

The water-soluble vitamins; C and B vitamins (such as vitamins B6, B12, niacin, riboflavin, and folate) – need to dissolve in H2O (water) before your body can absorb them. Because of this your body can’t store these vitamins for when it needs them, Any vitamin C or B that your body doesn’t use as it passes through your system are lost (mostly when you urinate) – You need a fresh supply of these vitamins every day.

Whereas vitamins are organic substances (made by plants or animals), minerals are inorganic elements that come from the soil and water and are absorbed by plants or eaten by animals.

Your body needs larger amounts of some minerals, such as calcium, to grow and stay healthy (or to all you kids to make your bones stronger!). Other minerals such as copper, iron and zinc are called trace minerals because you only need very small amounts of them each day.

What do they do? Vitamins and minerals support your body’s immune system, aid with growth and development (Hence…Vitamin A makes you see in the dark, Calcium makes your bones stronger and Vitamin K stops you bleeding!)
