As technological innovation rapidly develops, we rely on it more and much more for making our lives less complicated. But does it? With uncomplicated obtain to facts easily available to us by means of our desktops, cellular phones, and tv set – all resources that have all-inclusive storage and reminiscence capacities – do we rely on these sources so much that we’ve got lost our own skill to store and recall facts?

Fortunately, top memorization approaches might help us with spontaneous recollection with no relying on know-how. These methods increase memory space by way of normal techniques. We now not ought to worry about forgetting birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, or other crucial dates, to not mention the ramifications!

Not very long back, it absolutely was believed that adults stopped growing brain cells. In truth, it had been all we could do to keep from destroying the kinds we received. Any trauma for the mind could place us at really serious chance of destroying our active neurons.

Now, we realize that this is not the situation. Research shows that new tissues build inside hippocampus, which is the component of your mental faculties through which we store memories. Daily, we grow thousands of new brain tissues. There may be, having said that, 1 catch: only all those of us who participate in energetic mastering get to help keep them.

Memorization strategies usually rely on three procedures to boost storage, which includes:

1.Visualization strategies which allow you to shop symbolic facts. Photographic memories can quickly recall particulars working with photos.

2.Storytelling, which incorporates generating stories that aid us recall tough information. Making use of tales engages the brain, as a result enhancing memory.

a few.Repetition, which can enable with all the memorization of numerical data as well as other kinds of data.

Believe of these memorization tactics as a workout for your mind. By devoting a shorter quantity of time for memorization, you may experience a new amount of enhanced storage perform.

Remember the aged adage, “Use it or eliminate it”? Our brains are basically muscular tissues that are composed of two components; gray matter and white matter. The gray subject is composed of mobile bodies with the nerve cells, as well as the white is composed of the axons that transmit nerve indicators on the other neurons.

Muscles do, actually, have memory, and the much more we actively use our brains, the more powerful we is going to be. In fact, our prospective as human being beings is unlimited.

This can be an vital discovery, mainly because although scientists have recognized for some time that mental agility prevents senility and dementia, it’s only now that they have begun to explore why.

With this recent discovery, we embark on a fresh era, with a bevy of analysis and technologies in the wide selection of disciplines directly tied in to your fields of neuroscience and psychology, in particularly sciences, societal sciences, and engineering.

Scientists now hold the chance to further the dialogue that aims to acquire a greater comprehending with the individual’s problem as a result of the analyze with the brain. What they can be now learning about the mind is instructing us how to resolve issues that assortment from sleep deprivation to mental sickness to memory reduction, and with this knowledge we have been able to combat dementia, enhance sleep, improve all round wellbeing, and boost storage and intelligence.

Sources of vitamin A are livers, eggs, oranges and fruits and vegetables such as carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, mangoes, papayas, persimmons and tomatoes. This vitamin is also found in leafy vegetables like spinach and dried.

Without vitamin A, a person will experience loss of appetite, changes in the skin and the color of teeth, and even night blindness.

Vitamin B is composed of vitamin B1, B2, B6, B-12.

Vitamin B1 helps the normal functioning of all body cells and nerves. It also helps the body break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats for the body. Vitamin B1 is oysters, organ meats, beans, peas, oranges, whole grains and peanuts.

Without vitamin B1, a person will experience fatigue, weight loss, mental confusion, muscle weakness and heart problems.

Vitamin B2 promotes the normal release of energy from carbohydrates, proteins and fats in food. It also contributes to the development and growth and the production and regulation of certain hormones. It promotes the formation of red blood cells as well. Vitamin B2 comes from dairy products like milk, fish, poultry, cereals and pastries, and green vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus and spinach.

Lack of vitamin B2 causes irritation of the mouth, lips and tongue, loss of vision, and may develop depression or hysteria.

Vitamin B3 is needed to assist in the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B3 can be extracted from meat, poultry, fish, fortified cereals, and dried fruit, milk and eggs.

Without this vitamin, it can cause tremors and central nervous system damage and flaky skin, or swelling of the tongue.

Vitamin B6 helps the body process amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. It also contributes to the formation and maintenance of the body’s nervous system. Vitamin B6 are chickens, fish, eggs and whole wheat products.

Without this vitamin, it can lead to inflammation, depression, vomiting, anemia, and skin and nerves.

Vitamin B-12 is required for normal production of amino acids and fats, and the maintenance of the nervous system. Vitamin B-12 comes from meat, poultry, fish, milk, dairy products and eggs.

Without this vitamin, it can cause anemia and neurological problems.

Vitamin C is important for collagen formation. It also gives the structure of bones, muscles, blood vessels and cartilage. Vitamin C helps maintain bones, teeth and hair. This vitamin also helps the healing of fractures, wounds and bruises, blood, hemorrhages and bleeding gums. Vitamin C in citrus fruits or citrus juices such as papaya, oranges, guavas, or even honey. Without a substantial amount of vitamin C, there is a high possibility that there is a greater tendency to bruising, bleeding gums. Easy bruising or bleeding, heal more slowly than usual. Without this vitamin, scurvy may develop. Symptoms of scurvy are anemia, tooth loss, and bleeding under the skin.

Vitamin D promotes the development and maintenance of two bones and teeth. Vitamin D helps maintain the health of nerves and muscles. Sunlight provides plenty of vitamin D. Fortified milk, eggs and butter are made up of vitamin D as well.

A deficiency of vitamin D can cause changes in the bones of children and adults.

Vitamin E protects the fat in our bodies actually to be destroyed by destructive fragments of oxygen. It is also capable of stabilizing cell membranes and protects all body tissues. Vegetable oils a lot of it.

Its deficiency can contribute to anemia in children. Having a deficiency of this vitamin also cause nervous system damage in adults.

Vitamin K is able to help regulate the blood to prevent blood clotting. Many of them can be found in the sunlight. The fortified milk, margarine, eggs and butter made from this vitamin.

Vitamins : Learn About Some Key Vitamins

Article by Luke Rennster

Vitamin D is sometimes called the sunshine vitamin because it’s manufactured in the skin from a cholesterol metabolite when skin is exposed to sunlight. This vitamin stimulates absorption of calcium. A vitamin D deficiency is likely to result in poor teeth and osteoporosis. Vitamin D is also important for the transport of minerals through the cell, and some recent research has indicated that it may also play a role in the prevention and treatment Of colon cancer.

Vitamin D can be obtained from eating cold-water fish and dairy products. The best way of getting vitamin D, however, is through sensible and moderate exposure to the sun. I didn’t say sunburn; I said sensible exposure to sunlight. In this way we can manufacture our own vitamin D just as our primitive ancestors did. So, if we make vitamin D in our own skin, is this substance a true vitamin?

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that prevents free radical damage to living membranes. It protects the fatty substances in the cell membrane from lipid per oxidation (free radical fatty tissue damage). Vitamin E also prevents oxidation damage to vitamin A. It’s believed that this vitamin may also stop cholesterol-like substances from damaging the blood vessel walls, therefore preventing forms of blood vessel ailments such as heart disease and strokes. Studies confirm that a vitamin E deficiency may result in a reduction in immune function and that vitamin E supplementation can increase the strength of the immune systems Many patients with AIDS have known of the beneficial effects of vitamin E supplementation for many years. An overabundance of free radicals stimulates the HIV virus to reproduce. Vitamin E is known to quench these free radicals and indirectly prevent the replication of the HIV virus. AIDS patients taking vitamin E, along with other nutritional approaches, report feeling much stronger and healthier.

Vitamin E is plentiful in most grains that contain a great amount of natural oil. We can also find vitamin E in many dark green vegetables, chicken eggs, and various nuts.

Vitamin K assists in the production of fibrin, a necessary factor for the clotting of blood. Colon bacteria synthesize vitamin K. Eating green plants such as spinach and keeping a healthy bacterial community in your digestive tract by eating live yogurt and acidophilus fulfill the vitamin K requirement

Taking in vitamins is a great for your body. Try alpha lipoic acid capsules to give your body a great health and immune system boost.

POISON ALERT! – Found Aspartame in Children Flintstones Vitamins.. September 22, 2011 **High Fructose Corn Syrup Dangers: A number of studies conducted over the past few decades indicates that consumption of HFCS is connected with a wide range of health concerns. Here are a few of the more important health dangers of high fructose corn syrup you should know about: 1. Significant Risk of Weight Gain & Obesity The list of studies that show HFCS to cause increased weight gain over other forms of sweeteners is much to long to put into this post. One of the better, and more recent ones, was conducted at Princeton University and found that rats that were fed HFCS gained fat 300% more quickly than those fed an equal (or slightly larger) dose of fruit-derived sugar. 2. Increased Risk of Developing Type-2 Diabetes Over the years, consumption of high-fructose corn syrup can lead to a huge increase in the likelihood of developing diabetes. The worst part about it is how easily this life-long condition can be avoided in most cases. Excessive amounts of soda, energy drinks and junk-food simply aren’t worth losing a foot or going blind or harming your children. 3. Hypertension and Elevated “Bad” Cholesterol Levels High-fructose doesn’t just make your body fat. It makes your heart fat too. There is a strong link between the irresponsible consumption of high fructose corn syrup and elevated triglyceride and HDL (bad cholesterol) levels. Together these can cause arterial plague build-up

Users of vitamins should know that vitamin b12 is a water soluble vitamin which helps in the functioning of the brain and nervous system along with the formation of blood. One should have the information that it is the eight b vitamins. Vitamin b 12 plays an important role in the metabolism of each cell of the body especially affects the dna synthesis and regulation along with fatty acid synthesis and energy production. So users of vitamin b12 should know that it belongs to the chemically-related compounds carrying vitamin activity. If we see then vitamin b12 have very complex structure acting as complicated vitamin and biochemically carrying the rare element cobalt. In the human body vitamin b 12 is converted into physiological forms, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin, releasing the cyanide, albeit in less concentration and many more things. The other forms of vitamin b 12 such as hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin are available in the form of pharmacological products and food supplements which are very expensive in the market.

Vitamin b 12 is also known as cyanocobalamin which reflects many forms of vitamin. According to the medical practioner it can be divided into two parts. If someone wants to understand vitamin b12 in a broader way then should understand that it belongs to a group of cobalt-containing vitamer compounds called as cobalamins which includes cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin,Methylmalonyl Coenzyme A mutase, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate-homocysteine methyltransferase etc. Vitamin B12 means collection of cobalt and corrin ring molecules which helps in the specific vitamin functioning in the body. One should know the fact that vitamin b 12 cannot be obtained from plants and animals. Only bacteria which contains enzymes can do its synthesis processing for producing it.

One should understand the concept that vitamin B12 is the most chemically complex among all the vitamins. And the format of vitamin b 12 depends on the corrin ring which is alike to the porphyrin ring present in the heme, chlorophyll, and cytochrome. And in the central metal ion is known as cobalt.so the users of vitamin b 12 should know the pros and cons of it before opting it as a usage in one’s life. The vitamin b 12 is the most important part of the human system and people should intake those things in one’s diet so that body can absorb vitamin b 12 needed for body functioning. People can use vitamin b 12 in varied forms by collecting knowledge from booklets or through online providers.

Vitamins : Knowing more about Vitamins

Article by Jay Solo

Vitamins are organic compounds that are needed as nutrients by any organism in minute amount. Vitamins cannot be synthesized or created in adequate amounts by any organism. Most of the time, these compounds can be obtained from diet. Examples of vitamins that most people know are the ascorbic acid or popularly known as Vitamin C, biotin and Vitamin D. These examples are needed by any human and it comes from their diet in certain circumstances. Presently, there are only 13 Vitamins present and recognized.

Anyone can classify Vitamins though the use of their chemical and biological activity and not based on their structure. Every vitamin refers to number of compound called vitamer, which shows the biological activity of that particular vitamin. These chemicals are organized under alphabetized vitamin generic descriptor like that of Vitamin A. Vitamin A has the following chemicals: retinol, retinal and carotenoids. Vitamers, on the other hand, are convertible to its active form of the vitamin.

Vitamins are very diverse when it comes to its biochemical functions. For example, Vitamin D has functionality like that of hormones regulating mineral metabolism. Some forms of Vitamin A acts as cell and tissue differentiation and growth regulators. Vitamin E serves as antioxidants while the family of Vitamin B complex acts as the precursor for the so-called enzyme cofactors helping enzymes does their works as the metabolism catalyst. There are also several other vitamins that have particular function in the body.

Vitamins, nowadays, are produced commercially and they became commodity chemicals. Vitamins also became widely available for everyone with some that are very expensive yet effective and some as inexpensive semi-synthetic as well as synthetic-source of the multivitamin dietary supplements. More and more are taking up vitamins to promote healthy living since it is a fact that some of the essential nutrients are only found in the vitamins.

Eating For Health, What About Brain Food?

Nowadays, it is always our topmost concern to eat a balanced diet and healthy food that would supplement and completes our body. We always strive to take those that will make us physically strong, trim, and fit. That more often, we tend to neglect a[art of the body that needs nourishment, too. It is an important part of body that also needs the quality food that it deserves so that it may function well and to the fullest, too.  This is our brain. We should not only be concern about the food that we eat that eventually makes sour body healthy.

We also have to consider and give much thought on providing the food that will improve our brain function. These so-called “brain foods” will be maximizing our brain’s potentials so that we may be able to use it well. A diet that is heavy and healthy with, for instance, with the fatty acids of omega-3. These can keep and help the vessels of blood of our brain to clear of the unwanted blockages and eventually allow the nerve cells eventually to really function at its highest level

This is a good reminder for you to eat your fish at least two times a week since it is a major and important material of omega-3s, or you can also start taking a supplement.

And if it is important that we know the good food for the brain, it is also equally important to recognize and know the foods that can also diminish our brain power. For a start, some drugs and alcohol, of course, can really kill our brain’s cells directly, but other than these, there are also many that are alarmingly less obvious foods that attack our brain. Those foods that clogged the artery can eventually lead to the act of restricting the blood flow directly to the brain, and those foods called high-glycemic-index, on the other side, can cause those blood-sugar swings that can really make both our body and our mind sluggish and irritable.

The following foods are considered Good Brain Foods:

Collard greens Peas Avocados
Bananas   Chicken Potatoes
Beef, lean Eggs Romaine Lettuce
Brewer’s yeast   Flaxseed oil Salmon
Broccoli Legumes   Spinach
Brown rice   Milk   Tuna
Brussels sprouts Oatmeal Turkey
Cantaloupe Oranges Wheat Germ
Cheese   Peanut Butter Yogurt

On the other hand, the following are the Bad Ones:

Bad Brain Foods   Drinks with High sugar

Alcohol   Hydrogenated fats
Artificial food colorings   Junk Sugars
Artificial sweeteners Nicotine
Colas   Overeating
Corn syrup   White Bread
Frostings

Accordingly, it is said that the best food for our brain are the complex carbohydrates. Since the molecules here are taking a long time, it will take longer for our intestines to eventually break them down into some simple sugars that our body can utilize. Hence, they can provide a steady energy source instead of a surge that is usually preceded by a plunge.

Take note that how we prepare and how we eat our food can also affect the way that our brain and body uses them. For example, when you eat sugar-loaded food after eating a meal with legumes can actually slow the sugar absorption; therefore preventing the thing called “sugar blues.”

Info is that proteins can also influence brain performance since they give out amino acids, and it is a fact that neurotransmitters are taken out of them. There are neurotransmitters that carry the needed signals from one brain cell and bringing it to another. So, the better that you take care of these messengers the surer you are of a more efficient delivery of these goods.

Then, amino acids like tyrosine and tryptophan are forerunners of neurotransmitters; these are the substances that make up neurotransmitters. You have to know that tryptophan is really an important amino acid and that it must be taken from your diet. And that tyrosine is really not a vital amino acid especially since the body can make it once there is a need for it.

One final note for all of us. Eating the right food in really helps, but it is important and try not to forget that even more when you have it out. This is why we can also give credit to fiber as the unrecognized brain food hero. So, include also a diet that is healthy with fibers.

Learn About Your Photographic Memory

Just think about how fantastic it would be if you could Develop Your Photographic Memory – You would be able to remember everything you see, read, hear, etc…

Just Imagine if you could…

Remember everyone’s name that you meet
Recall a certain page in a book in all clarity at will
Super Speed Read to assist with studying for exams, or learning new subjects
Learning another language quickly and easily
Memorize a speech in record time and in all clarity
Get a promotion because you are the brains of the company
Assist your teenagers complete their homework with ease

The only reason we may not all be having total success with the above is really down to either laziness of the brain or a lack of understanding as to just how easy it is to Develop Your Photographic Memory

Our brain is a muscle, and like all other muscles in order to function to their optimal potential they need a routine of consistent and targeted exercise.

No Doubt most of us would of experienced using our Photographic Memory at some point in our lives. Its all about using association to recall the information quickly and accurately.

When we were growing up we probably remember some teacher/carer saying “A” is for ?…Apple, we were shown the picture of the Apple and repeatedly told to associate that picture of an apple with the letter A…

The same thing happened with mathematics when we were learning our times tables.

Our teachers made us get in a rhythm when reciting them and other tricks of association may also have been used.

Next time you want to remember something attach some kind of feeling to it, this will help you remember it when you need to recall it again. Once you use association on the brain then it neatly stores it in the filing cabinet (memory) where it can easily be retrieved when called upon.

Developing A Photographic Memory goes way beyond the secret…The internet has made it so easy to learn the skill by producing down loadable courses further increasing the quality and time frames to get started.

New Discovery about Brain Entrainment

Brain Entrainment uses audio recordings to change the incidence of your brainwaves.

It helps human to access the subconscious mind to reprogram self limiting thoughts. It has many other advances and is easy to learn. Scientists identified that if you play a variable frequency into each year, your brain starts to work on a rate equal to the difference between the two. It’s necessary to use headphones for this to work, as each ear needs to hear a different rate. Modern recording facilities have made the process viable and the obtainability of MP3 player gives brain entrainment easy for everybody.

If you alter the frequency of your brainwaves, you can induce a relaxed state, similar to that of yogis. In this state, your subconscious mind is more open to suggestions from your conscious mind. You can begin to reprogram some of the limiting beliefs in your subconscious. It is similar to self- hypnosis. It is often successful as a self-confidence building tactic. It has also been used successfully in weight loss and quitting smoking.

Beta is the state you are in when you are actively concentrating. This is desirable when you have a job to do. If you were driving a car, you would want to be concentrating fully on the task, not daydreaming or sleeping.

Alpha is a relaxed state often associated with creativity and imagination. It is a good time to use affirmations or visualisations, as your subconscious mind is open to ideas at this time. This is usually the state while falling asleep or just waking.

Theta is the dreaming stage, while sleeping. You are usually experiencing REM sleep. Some people can reach this state while in deep meditation.

Delta is deep, dreamless sleep. It is the state where our bodies repair and rest. It is the best state for recovery.

There are programs that eventually induce your brain to reach this stage and maintain it but it is not usual for beginners to be comfortable in this state. They claim people who get a good delta sleep can slow the aging process and heal many common stress related health problems.

It is recommended you listen to your brain entrainment audio for at least 10 minutes, twice a day, usually when you wake up and just before you go to sleep. You need about 10 minutes for your brain to reach the Alpha stage, although it gets faster the more you practice. After 10 minutes, you can listen to a pre-recorded tape of your affirmations or just visualise your desired outcome. There are several excellent programs to help you with these stages.

There are many other benefits of using brain entrainment. You think more clearly, feel more alert and can relax faster. Many report not needing as much sleep. Try it for yourself and see how it can benefit your life.

Know More About The Brain Power : Brain Power

Article by Ewin Chia

The brain power that we humans possess is one of the most helpful and formidable tools at our disposal. No other animal has the potential to achieve the things that the human mind has created. Paintings, musical compositions, computers, and automobiles are just some of the things that we take for granted but would not have had we been, well, dumber. We only have a few genetic differences from apes, but that difference gives us Einstein, Mozart, and Shakespeare. We are not the only social creatures on earth but our superior minds have spawned civilizations, not mere interactions. The mind truly is a wondrous thing, and there its limits stretch as far as our imaginations will take us.

Human speech is one of the most complex things that we have invented. Almost automatically, a child will learn its native tongue with hardly any effort at all. An infant’s vocabulary will increase exponentially once it reaches adulthood, and it does not stop there. Granted that some hereditarily acquired genes separate masters such as Shakespeare from the fifth-grader who can’t pass remedial English, but almost everyone has the potential to at least be fluent in one language.

We are also differentiated from other animals because we have the desire and the need to create. From world wonders such as the Great Wall of China, to masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa, our desire to create goes hand in hand with our desire to exist. The Christian point of view that man was created in the image of God was founded on the basis of this particular trait: creation. We may not be able to create life from our bare hands, but we can imitate it in the form of statues, paintings, and the controversial process of cloning. We may not be able to create mountains, the oceans, and the sky, but we can produce structures that defy the constraints of our geography, such as skyscrapers, dams, and bridges. The brain power needed to undertake such tasks along with mankind’s resilience is a testament to the great tasks that we can accomplish.

On the flip side of this, if we have a need to create, we also have a need to destroy. Since the dawn of human civilization, man has been waging war on one another. From simple spears, to metal weapons and armor, mankind is constantly pushing the boundaries of what we can build, and what we can destroy. The brain power of Albert Einstein, gave birth to the atomic bomb, and we have been on the cutting edge on the art of destruction ever since. As a rule, the military has always been the pioneer in developing most of the state-of-the-art technological breakthroughs. But in recent years, the private sector been the one to develop the latest in technology, the military just contracts them for their technological needs. The reason for this is that our civilization has reached a point where the next big technological marvel is unveiled on a yearly, as opposed to decades, basis. If there’s one thing that goes hand in hand with survival, it’s the ability to be able to annihilate threats and our brains have this made this task into an art form.

Novato, CA (PRWEB) November 19, 2013

Green Swan Inc., a champion of safer cell phone usage, today announced the official launch of The Cell Spacer, a device that puts distance between a mobile phone users head and headset to help consumers ensure compliance with FCC and industry standard regulations for safer cell phone use. The launch of The Cell Spacer comes amid increasing concern in Europe for consumer safety when using mobile devices.

“It is important that people understand that there are real risks associated with exposure to the radiation emitted by cell phones and similar gadgets,” says Olle Johansson, Ph.D. at Swedens Karolinska Institute in the Department of Neuroscience. “We know that exposure to this radiation may impact DNA, leading to possible cancer risks, and also affects male and female germ cells and fertility. Beyond government regulations, it is imperative that each person educates themself and employs safer methods when using their mobile devices. The complete lack of biologically-based exposure standards or hygienic safety levels by our health protection agencies, and the lack of preventive actions, can turn out to be a huge mistake. To not act today would be deemed ethically and morally completely corrupt in the future.”

The reclassification of cell phone radiation as a “carcinogenic hazard” in May of 2011 by the World Health Organizations International Agency on Research for Cancer (IARC) was a key turning point in the battle to shed light on the connection between exposure to cell phone radiation and adverse health effects. However, while the U.S. remains idle in spite of ever mounting studies, many European nations are pursuing precautions to reduce childhood exposure to cell phone radiation and help their citizens use their mobile devices more safely. Below are just some recent actions by leading European nations to better protect their citizens.
