Show Summary Of Suits Season 1 Episode 2 – Errors and Omissions:

What do you get when you combine the smarts of Shawn Spencer form Psych, with the charm and cunning of Michael Weston from Burn Notice. Their exact copies as lawyers. In the first episode we meet Harvey Specter a no nonsene attorney who is known for closing any sort of deal. In the first thirty minutes we see him subdue a stubbon client through lying and taking home a waitress who challenged him by saying nothing was going to happen. He reminds me alot of Michael Westen. Both characters are cool and collected who will use any trick in the book to win any case.

We also meet Mike Ross, a man with photographic memory. Who was forced out of college for a dumb mistake. About ready to make another one he stumbles into Harvey Specter’s assoicate interviews and after explaining his life to Harvey gets hired on as his new assoicate. This character reminds me a bit like Shawn Spencer, they both have the same unique talent and use it to get out of messes. Mike is more shy, and damaged. He is damaged because of the choices he was forced to make and the struggle he is having with his ill grandmother. This show focuses more on the drama and not the comedy. There is alot of smart dialoge and good chemistry between the two main stars.

However I did find the chemistry between the main stars and other characters a bit lacking. Gina Torres makes her well deserved welcome back to TV as Harvey’s boss, Jessica Pearson. She is more of a plot point than an actual character. Hopefully they will give her a character specific episode where they build more on her. The paralegal Rachel Zane also was a bit sketchy for me. She starts the episode sort of rude and annoying, then within thirty minutes, warm and kind. This show also features the great Rick Hoffman, playing the same character Rick Hoffman always plays. This version is Louis Litt who is the main rival of Harvey. For the first episode in general.

Suits is a legal drama from USA Network starring Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht. Suits follows college drop-out Mike Ross, who accidentally lands a job with one of New York’s best legal closers, Harvey Specter. They soon become a winning team with Mike’s raw talent and photographic memory, and Mike soon reminds Harvey of why he went into the field of law in the first place

Summary Of Wilfred Season 1 Episode 2 “Trust” :

It’s like pulling teeth to get “Wilfred” to the dentist, but Ryan will do just about anything to get on Jenna’s good side, so he deceives his new canine friend, who tells Ryan something quite disturbing about Jenna. Ryan also takes an insistent Wilfred to the beach, but it’s no day at the beach for Ryan, who’s fined for taking a dog to the beach.Mike has an ethical dilemma when Louis forces him to make a decision that could hurt his relationship with Harvey. Elsewhere, Harvey’s past comes back to haunt him during a case

Based on the popular Australian show of the same name, adapted for FX by David Zuckerman. Jason Gann, the star of the original series, has agreed to be involved in the new project.

It doesn’t matter if you’re just afraid of losing your memory with age or are cramming for a big test tomorrow – you just want to improve your memory without having to resort to daily detailed mind exercises. This could be because you just want relatively simple ways to begin improving your memory performance.

Aside from regular mental exercises such as crossword puzzles (or any puzzle, really) and quizzes, here are some basic activities and habits you can pick up to answer your questions on mental ability and almost effortlessly Improve your Memory for Free.

1. Pay attention. This is one of those things that are easier said than done but here’s the thing: All the information we gather goes through our sensory memory first before getting stored into the short-term memory and later the long-term memory. The brain processes information through selective attention. This means that the brain chooses only the information it deems are important based on the feedback it gets from your senses. Logically speaking, if you focus your senses (a.k.a. your attention) on a specific information source, you are more likely able to transfer the information to your short-term memory – and it only takes about eight seconds to do so. If you are having trouble focusing your attention, it is advisable to seek a quiet place to concentrate.

2. Learn and express yourself. Paint. Dance. Teach. Take up another degree. Learn a new skill. Take up a hobby. Any of these can improve memory free of stress. Studies show that this kind of mental stimulation reduces the risk for dementia.3. Write. These need not be long diary entries or a winning novel. Just write. Besides, planners and lists also help you keep track of things that you might not deem as important, are only temporary, or take some time to get used to (like the week’s menu or shopping list, appointments, or birthdays). This practice also lowers your risk for Alzheimer’s disease as writing and packing your ideas in written sentences has always been an indicator of one’s vulnerability for the disease.4. Interact with people. Interaction is proven beneficial as it decreases the risk for mental decline. Also, interaction can trigger recollection of some memories which in turn can trigger other memories. Reminiscing old memories with family or friends can also lead to them remembering other long-forgotten moments; it’s a good way to support each other. Sharing these memories and even facts also fixes the information in your memory.

5. Get enough rest or take a nap. Resting refreshes the mind for another round of information to take in. Naps during the day, however, help you retain the information you have taken earlier since long-term memories are formed during these few minutes of sleep. On the other hand, lack of rest may lead to exhaustion and confusion.

Now these practices will form habits that would strengthen your memory performance and improve memory free of difficulties. However, keep in mind that these are supplements to having a set way or technique of remembering things more effectively.

If you’re interested in brain training, the first thing that comes to mind is probably video games like Brain Age or Big Brain Academy, or maybe another online program like Lumosity. In fact, probably every brain training method you can think of is probably some sort of product that will set you back a little money. But the fact of the matter is that brain training could be totally free, and even more effective then the paid solutions out there. You could do a simple Google search for “brain teasers” and do those. No matter what salesmen will try to tell you, any simple activity that gets you thinking hard and working your mind is brain exercise. Your brain exercise pillar could be fulfilled simply by being really active in life, reading 20 minutes every night, or dedicating yourself to learning a new topic. Brain exercise does not have to be expensive, it just has to be SOMETHING.

That’s it. That’s all you really need. A substitution or two in your diet, a way to reduce your stress (totally free), some physical exercise (also totally free), and simple brain exercise that could be reading, or brain teasers, or just a really invigorating experience. You can max efficiency in your brain training by meditating or playing a sport, all which cover multiple areas at once.
